Planning a wedding in Prince Edward County is no simple task and all the checklists in the world won't alleviate the inevitable stress and late night panic attacks that come with orchestrating such a monumental (and life altering) event.

 

Many venues have a "coordinator", but it's important to remember that this person is for the wedding day only and must focus on ensuring that everything runs smoothly from the venue's perspective.  The venue's coordinator doesn't have time to manage your vendors or make sure your decor is set up as you want it and you won't be able to ask them all your planning and etiquette questions.  They also won't be able to source the items needed for your reception like vintage suitcases, parasols, a unique cake topper, the perfect guest bomboniere or create one-of-a-kind and stunning decor for your head table...but we will! We will also know what to do when one of your vendors fails to show up!

 

We can also recommend reliable and top-quality vendors such as photographers, florists, make-up artists and DJs that will keep you on budget. We will negotiate the contracts, do all the back and forth communication and make all final confirmations. We work with you to design the whole event from start to finish (all the million little details) and ensure that your vision is executed flawlessly.  Imagine being able to relax and actually enjoy the process!
